Great experience with the Spechler and Beck Real Estate Group. They formulated a great sales strategy that allowed us to make a very quick sale at a price that exceeded our expectations. Lyndsey Jones excelled on behalf of her team and us. Pleasurable experience all around and i would highly recommend them!
I HIGHLY recommend Lyndsey Jones and the whole Spechler and Beck team. They worked so hard for us. I really felt they were on our side and went the extra mile to make sure our offer was accepted. This was our fourth house purchase (first in SB area) and I can honestly say that they worked harder than all three other agents combined! They have a great reputation in the area too, which is really helpful in this competitive market. I hope we are not moving again anytime soon, but if do I hope Lyndsey is still in the area!!

This is probably the easiest review I’ve ever had to write because of my incredible home buying experience with my realtor Lyndsey and her team at the Santa Babara office! She was extremely organized, diligent, professional, knowledgeable and just so much fun to be around everytime we had to meet up! Could not recommend a better real estate agency than this one. We found my dream home and they were right there with us every step of the way as first time homebuyers. We love Lyndsey!!
