I think this place needs to learn the meaning of customer service. Called in the other day and waited for quite a while to be served as there only appeared to be one sales person. Finally got served, and the lady was very helpful. Paid for the goods and exited the shop only to see 3 other SpecFast employees out the front of the store puffing on their cigarettes. Not a good look.
Great advice and a good price - or was it the other way around?... :) Plus, they had a tool I couldn't find anywhere else! Sorry to see some others caught them on a bad day... but we all have a bad day, right? Did your hurt feelings make the tools break and all the fasteners fall out? LOL
Explained my situation the lady helping me was fantastic, totally recommend. If your a DIY women I totally recommend talking to her. Sorry I didn’t get her name but I will go back for her service.
