Great advice and a good price - or was it the other way around?... :) Plus, they had a tool I couldn't find anywhere else! Sorry to see some others caught them on a bad day... but we all have a bad day, right? Did your hurt feelings make the tools break and all the fasteners fall out? LOL
Explained my situation the lady helping me was fantastic, totally recommend. If your a DIY women I totally recommend talking to her. Sorry I didn’t get her name but I will go back for her service.
Great range of products, very friendly service.
Had a couple of different inquiries, Michelle's customer service was out of this world and she helped with everything I asked very patiently. Another salesman however soured the entire experience, and I overheard him passive aggressively "educating" another customer on social distancing. He said nothing to myself or the other customer at first expressing a desire for us to maintain a 1.5m distance, no one is a mind reader mate. Other than that decent shop.
