They had exactly what I needed, no fuss. Great service
We went into the store with a bit of an unusual request – screws to fix our son’s toy trains. Scott was fantastic! He quickly found the exact screws we needed and made sure each one was right for the different trains. His kindness and helpfulness was wonderful. Thank you, Scott.

I bought screws from them, and their customer service was excellent — very friendly and helpful.
Staff were helpful and knowledgeable and I got what I needed. Unfortunately they don’t accept cash and have a minimum of $10.00 to pay by card. $1.60 worth of nuts and washers cost me well over $10.00. I had to quickly go and find cheap items I didn’t really need to bring it up to the $10.00 minimum while other customers waited in a line for me to return and pay. This left a a cloud over my experience unfortunately, I have used this business since the late 80s.
