At SpecFab initially I was lied to about what I would be doing in order to get me in the door. Be careful about what they promise in the interview, they will swindle you just to get you to work there. The supervisor (Scott) is incompetent as far as welding. He can't answer any questions and often gives bad advice which results in rework. He does not know how to build any of the products and new employees are often training other new employees.
