Spec Development did a complete remodel of my condo - from demo to replacing everything with new. They were great to work with from start to finish and even after. Highly recommend.
I had hoped to update my kitchen and a small bathroom for five years. Then decided to include whole house flooring . I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Spec Developement by a local decorator, Libby Marx Id-ology Interiors. She was quite impressed with them. I found this brother team also amazing to work with. We started in their showroom with material samples so I didn't need to run all over town make selections.
