I hired SPEC Contractor Services for a concrete restoration project, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Greg and his company have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Our building has undergone a major renovation that included concrete balcony replacement and restoration as well as all of the work that was needed from the hurricanes in 2022. Anytime we needed help with any aspect of the project, SPEC was always there to lend a hand and to make our life easier. James who was the onsite supervisor was also a diamond in the ruff. at least 6 target dates for completion for just one side of our building missed!!! blaming everybody but themselves for the slow work they do…blaming owners for not changing scope of work after project started that they agreed to do but wanted to change the scope in less than a month in the project…our renters and owners see the workers on cell phones more than working. We have seen workers just act like they are running jack hammers for the noise just to appear like there is work going on…they are a joke!
