I hit a pot hole in shthole Miami and needed a rim. I bought a Spec-1 SP-36 20x8.5 rim from BBWheels dot com, it arrived 4 days later from Tampa, FL and after google maps search, it came from this place. Here is the part that really made my holidays bad; I mounted it on my Hunter DSP9000 balancer to make SURE it's round and it was not. I have been buying these wheels due to the amazing quality and very awesome design always putting out in my opinion the best wheels out there. Recently I called the company directly due to my location not having the specific rim for my vehicle and could not get it. Kevin helped locate one remaining set and had them drilled for the specs matching my car and very fast. What a pleasure. Touring CA and had to truck a rental bike back to San Jose without any way of unloading it. Contacted these guys and they immediately invited me to come over when the Mechanics were on duty. Turned up and they dropped what they were doing to expertly take it off. Didn't even want payment. If you guys are ever stuck in my neck of the woods Down Under let me know!
