Took my batteries here and they replaced them since they were under warranty still.
I work on the construction industry and when our DeWalt tools have problems or need repairs this is place to get it done. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
I was going to replace a chuck on my drill (dcd996). I've fond a video how to replace it on YouTube, but all of them show how to replace chuck on new drills(it's really easy, they make it just for views. They never shows how they struggling). One part of the drill was stuck in and I couldn't take it out and there is no way to buy just that particular part, even Dewalt official site don't sell it. Spears Service Center have found that part from an old drill and didn't charge me for it and they made my drill works. Thanks them... read more
