Wonderful community managers, you can tell the owners really care abour the community. We are excited for all the improvements.
Management use to be okay here, but after the last 2 owner changes it's got HORRIBLE. Theres no contact info for them or no p.o.c on sight. The main office NEVER been in an operating state and looks run down/abandoned. Current owners don't care about NOTHING but receiving the rent payment beginning of every month. Neighbors doesn't care about the outter appearance of their homes or their fellow neighbors. Trash/junk is very visible scattered across their lawns, bags of trash sometimes ripped open as well byv animals. And the... read more
