feels scammy! Needed roadside assistance so my insurance “secured” these guys. Said 90-120 mins. Then 3 hours. Then was two days. Also, all the calls seem to be routed to a call center out of country? Don’t know any places in town that need that kind of outsourcing. Saw the other review and knew what was coming next. Call Rambler’s or La Veta Oil.

Well broke down with my RV on Friday. Supposed to be towed by Spearmint waited 4 hours..nothing...called at least 5 times and was a phone service with people who had a hard time with English and communication. 5 hours later I called again to find out where my Tow is and was told the Tow Truck broke down and will Tow us tomorrow at 10am-11am. We stayed in town overnight (thank god we towed our car) went back at 10am and waited. Called Tow Company again and was told that we don't have a Tow with them any...WOW.Very sad and no ... read more
