My wife and I recently bought a house with a hot tub. Awesome! Unfortunately, the hot tub was non-operational and showed an error code regarding the flow switch. We called SCF&S and they said they would be right over. "Right over" apparently meant two hours as the guy was comically late. After a few minutes of poking around he claimed that we needed a new motor (unrelated to the initial problem) and that he could get us one for about $500.
