Had to bring my toddler here a couple times for some breathing problems (happens when he gets colds) and both times the staff has been great! They let me hold him the whole time since he was nervous and upset and even let me just do what we needed to do to get him breathing treatments, meds, etc. (aka watch Bluey on my phone and take pauses when we needed to). I could tell they were definitely trying to get us in, taken care of, and then put as quickly as possible in the best way! Great experience!

Awful experience did redundant tests, was told I need to get scanned for appendicitis. Said no, they said they'll do blood test first to see if there was signs of appendicitis. Rushed me into the imaging room before even looking at blood tests. Said no to cat scan for third time, finally looked at blood woro and said appendicitis is not a concern. Can't wait for the bill. Some staff were friendly

Do Not go here unless your life is in danger!!! Worst emergency department ever!!! The staff including Dr. Jameson are negligent and do not treat you as a human being. On one occasion this “Dr.” refused to do X-rays after a vehicle accident in which the patient was in recovery from spinal surgery his words were “ your up and walking around you do not need any imaging and discharged the patient regardless of surgeons instructions to the patient that in case of a fall or any trauma make sure to get imaging of the spine to ensu... read more

Staff was super rude! Dr didn't listen to anything i said. We went for a possible broken arm on my child and he told us she had no breaks and was fine. Took her to ortho the next day and she had broken it in 3 places.

Collin was excellent in supporting me through intake. Michelle is a super star nurse!!! Her kindness and bedside manner is absolutely incredible which was critically helpful for my anxiety around shots. Michelle made my rabies vaccinations course after a bite smooth and as pain free as possible demonstrating her high emotional intelligence and vaccination skill.
