Dr. Yap is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with (anywhere and at any time), and the office staff has consistently, over the years, been responsible, professional and accommodating. Grateful, and A+
I absolutely hate trying to work with anyone at this location, every single time I get a prescription or try to refill they send my request to the wrong pharmacy where I ask in person over the phone or online. Today I finally asked is there a way to take out the default so I have to be asked everytime where I want to pick it up. Basically got told they didn’t know what i was asking. I totally agree with Woody Hemphill's review. Never have I experianced such lack of professionalism & followup by reception/front desk staff, as this office. No excuse for this type of service in a medical office! Very disappointed!
If there was an option for zero stars... this place does not deserve to be open to the public. The petulant debutante at the front desk was attitudinal from the onset of my transaction. After awaiting at the window for her to complete her phone call, she flippantly remarked that I would have to reschedule. When I reminded the other staff that my appointment was made weeks ago, and that i’d been waiting for the lady that subsequently ignored me - their reaction was to offer another appointment - in three weeks.
