Michaela is a miracle worker. I had an unrelenting headache, not even touched by painkillers. I booked in and in one session of acupuncture and massage, the headache had completely gone. I highly recommend going to see Michaela if you have any chronic pain, she knows exactly what she is going and you’ll be in safe hands.
I visited Spear Wellbeing during my 2nd pregnancy and it was the best decision I made. Michaela's reflexology sessions made me feel calm and relaxed and helped improved aches and pains in my third trimester. Thank you so much Michaela for everything!
I recently went to a 2 hr session with Michaela which was my first ever experience of Qigong. I absolutely loved it and I'm so glad that I was able to join. It's a lovely, relaxed but effective form of exercise and stress relief and I learned a lot. Suitable for all abilities
I can thoroughly recommend visiting Spear Wellbeing. Michaela is a brilliant clinician - every time I have seen her for reflexology she has worked absolute wonders and I have always felt noticeably better afterwards. She really takes the time to listen to what you need help with and I really appreciate her holistic approach where she will then apply a combination of treatments to best suit how and where you need help.
