After interviewing multitude contractors, receiving an array of estimates for a pool replaster, new coping, backyard decking, drainage, and sprinkler to drip conversion became undaunting. Virtually ready to give up, I meet Ran Neuman who also lives in the Valley. Instead of just giving an estimate, he brings coffee, tasty pastries and explains every step to complete this project. Extremely rude. They were assigned to me by Pentair to replace a pool light in warranty. They treated me like dirt. Ron was their spokesman and gave me a take it or leave attitude for scheduling. I tried hard to accommodate their schedule but Ron had this attitude of superiorty and I felt he did not care about helping get this done. Pentair should lose this company as one of their authorized warranty servicers.
Good old fashioned Quality Customer Service. It's never a good thing when something at home breaks, and you have to call someone to come fix it. These guys take the pain out. I dealt with Mike (the owner) and Richard (who actually did the work), and was more than pleased with their service. From my description of the problem over the phone, I was given a rough estimate. Richard Burton has been our service tech for the last few issues with our panel and heater. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and represents the company. This company to for all my spa and pool issues regarding the pumps, panel and heater. Pricing is very fair.
