Spear PT in Garden City is by far, the best physical therapy center I have ever been to. The entire staff is friendly and professional. My orthopedist suggested I could benefit from PT for a frozen shoulder and upper arm. I worked with Gurkarn Singh, who was exceptionally good at personalizing my plan of care. He is a consummate professional and goes out of his way for his patients. When I graduated from treatment, I was and still am amazed that my shoulder and upper arm work so well once again.

From day one, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my back pain. After fracturing my ankle this winter, I am sincerely grateful for the dedicated care, knowledge, compassion and overall experience while doing PT at Spear. Tim and his staff were a pleasure and really helped me make the best of my situation. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to rely upon this particular group to get them back to good health and a well managed recovery.
I have been going to Spear for 5 months now and am very happy with it. My physical therapist is Singh and he’s been terrific. He designed a program for me and it fits me and has made me incredibly better. I love the staff and they always greet you in a welcoming manner. I would highly recommend Spear and their therapists.
