Nathan and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. I was in pt for almost 5 months and looked forward to each session. Without Nathan I wouldn’t be where I am now. I can only say you must go to Spear if you want to hear and recover!

Maithili is truly amazing. She was so patient, supportive, and still got right to the root of my issues. I’ve honestly never felt stronger. The whole team at Spear creates such a warm, welcoming environment that makes you feel comfortable and motivated every time you walk in. Maithili helped me heal, encouraged me every step of the way, and I genuinely looked forward to our sessions. I can’t recommend her or Spear enough!
