I had a great experience with Ash at the Ditmars location. She was really knowledgeable and understood my needs and goals for PT. She was also really flexible if I ever came in with a new ache or issue unrelated to my original injury. I have plantar fasciitis and am walking around virtually pain free!
Ash changed my life after my knee surgery. I did not know if I was going to be able to get past the physical barriers following a very intense knee surgery back into dancing again. With her help, I am better than I was pre surgery! Thank you to the entire Spear PT Team. You all are incredible!

Just finished up 8 weeks of PT for my hip with Joana at Spear on Ditmars. She’s very knowledgeable and has a great personality- this made the recovery process smooth and enjoyable! I appreciated that she put in the time to really understand my case and answer any questions with my home routine. The facility is nice and the rest of the staff were always friendly. The scheduling is very flexible. Highly recommended!
Jenn is such an incredible PT, and I really enjoyed this location. The front desk staff was lovely and always on top of it. Anyone would be lucky to work with Jenn because not only does she push you and make you feel better, but she also connects with you on a personal level. Definitely would recommend!
