I worked with Ash for several months to help with my chronic lower back pain. She was great - the treatment I got at spear was better than I received working with a much more expensive private practice PT who did not take insurance.
Been coming here for almost 4 months and so glad I have. Coming here was a game changer for my second post partum phase. Such incredible care that is considerate, thoughtful, helpful, challenging yet enjoyable, and, most importantly, care that is delivered by two individuals who clearly love what they do.
