Rude staff and aloof Dr. who booked up to three patients at one time. The front desk people look at you like you're from another planet when you opt to try to talk to them instead of clicking away at the ipad placed three feet away from their desk or referring to the FAQ on the website. I had Dr. Mathew Klayman as my pt who gave me the general sense that it would not have effected his day if I were to get hit by a bus mid session. Worked with Sara for the last 6 weeks on building back my wrist strength after a break. She was fabulous! So easy to work with, knew exactly how to modify every exercise to fit my specific needs, and was so fun to chat with whilst being tortured. Couldn’t recommend more.
