I never thought physical therapy can be so much fun. The staff there were very knowledgable, encouraging, friendly. I cannot recommend working with Silvi enough. I started my PT because of an injury to my ankle and I could barely walk. Thanks to her, I am back to doing everyday activities very comfortably and able to resume sports. Silvi is an incredible PT with lots of experience and knowledge in her field. She was very kind and thoughtful throughout my entire treatment. I can’t believe how much better I feel. The staff and especially Silvi are amazing - she was very patient but always kept pushing and encouraging me. I feel better and stronger than I ever thought I could! I would definitely recommend Spear and Silvi to anyone who needs PT. Thank you!

Thank you to Jay and the entire Dumbo Spear team for a fantastic experience. I came in with shoulder tendinitis and, after working with the team, am completely pain-free. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fun to be around which made for a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend Jay and the team enough. 10/10!
