I can’t recommend Spear PT highly enough. From day one, Max took the time to create and explain everything. He created a plan that was tailored specifically to my recovery goals. Tamia is absolutely wonderful! She has been such an important part of my physical therapy journey. She is always so kind, friendly, patient, and welcoming, and she always has the biggest smile! She takes the time to explain my exercises clearly and makes every appointment a positive experience. I bring my baby to my appointments, and she is incredibly accommodating. This was my first time receiving Physical Therapy, and it was such a wonderful experience. The facility overall was so helpful, especially with such short notice of me being seen. I hurt my my ankle around my Achilles tendon and I had a big trip to Japan coming up in a few weeks prior and I was so worried about being able to walk. I worked with Ebe and Tamia here for 6 months on both prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor PT. Both are absolutely incredible to work with - Tamia is both encouraging and instructive and Ebe kept me on track with great programs. I never failed to feel better physically (and mentally) after a visit. Their scheduling was flexible and I always felt like I had a place there to be taken care of. Highly recommend the whole practice, but especially for pelvic floor pt!
