I worked with Chinmayee for a few months after I rolled my ankle. She was patient and professional, gave great feedback and was important to my recovery. I’m back to running after 3.5 months! I liked working with the techs as well. It’s a fun crew at the 5th Ave Spear PT. I wish they had enough time to focus on one client at a time, or to do their notes in between clients.
2026 update for Fay Itzkowitz for pelvic floor. She is FANTASTIC. So knowledgeable and helpful and supportive. Very thorough. I’ve been recommending her to everyone. From 2025: I had a great experience with Soja! He helped me successfully and quickly recover from an injury, pushing me just the right amount, and adapting as we went to accommodate other limitations that popped up. I worked with Kushali for around 12 weeks to treat my midback and shoulder. The environment was encouraging and pain and shoulder stability has improved. Highly recommended.
