Predatory billing practices. Overcharged me by $400 first for deductible when my partner had met it already. Saying first two sessions they had to charge a higher amount when that’s not how deductibles work when we met it already. Then after out of pocket maximum was met, continued charging copay every visit even though every time we told the front desk person it’s been met so please don’t charge. Will is the best! I looked forward to his new exercises every week. My posture has visibly improved.
The physical therapy I had at Spear was successful in treating and eliminating my plantar fasciitis/tendonitis. Will was so helpful in showing me exercises and stretches that reduced my heel and ankle pain. He was careful to monitor my pain level so that I did not overdo the exercises. The therapy helped to strengthen my calf and ankle muscles which allowed me to walk pain-free and also to get back to ballet classes. Just a note of praise for Lucy Zeng at Spear PT who oversaw most of my physical therapy for an injured ankle. The program she designed took into account my sports and day to day actiities, age and PT history. Within a few weeks my ankle was healed and I was able to take advantage of a creative exercise regime she prepared to made sure the injury did not recur. Lucy is an outstanding PT leader.
