My initial sessions were very good and the PT I saw was attentive and qualified. However for later sessions, she was often double booked with other clients. I didn’t feel important at all. During my final session today I was left alone for an extended period of time while the PT was actively assisting another client. I got dressed and left. No one even realized I left the premises until much later. Totally unacceptable for the number one rated physical therapy provider for two years in a row.
Five stars for Shane Williams, who I worked with in 2023 when I had a debilitating, job-related injury. He was an excellent OT. However, and I make no apologies here - it's important to note what to expect if you filed a worker's comp claim. You should be comfortable with and expect to be recorded and even interrupted by clients who are invited in by management to photograph you, start discussions and get into your business while you're trying to recuperate. Had a long nagging calf strain. I worked with David and Brandon and got back to running in about 6 weeks! Felt really good about the at home exercises, what we were doing in the PT sessions, and the massage/heat treatment I got. Would highly recommend.
Getting older isn’t easy—but great physical therapy makes all the difference. I’ve spent more time than I ever expected at Spear, and it has truly paid off. After my stroke, the Gold Street team helped bring me back to life—both physically and emotionally. They did the same after my knee replacement, and now again with my rotator cuff issues. The entire team is exceptional, with special thanks to Shane Williams and Josef Belle.
I had a great time at this Spear - My PT Rachita Kotian is amazing - she’s professional, patient and exuding good energy. She’ll customize exercise for me based on how I feel that day. The team working with her are also great. Everyone I met at the center has a good vibe -
