An amazing group at Spear 2nd ave! The entire team is kind, welcoming and clincially knowledgable. Over several months working with them I have felt supported and importantly am feeling stronger and less pain. Shout out to Andrew, Saniya, Gabby, Ian, Deisha and the entire team. And...always a great movie on ;-)

Been with Andrew for a few months now for my generic posture issues. Since it wasn’t caused by an injury, but rather from staring at screens for years, I was initially worried that it won’t be taken seriously. However, Andrew has always been helpful and giving me exercises that match my general progress, as well as how I feel about my shoulder/neck/back on the day of.
