The people are very nice and fun. All were helpful to get my shoulder working again
I’ve been going to this Spear location since December for my post-hip surgery recovery and ongoing issues with my left knee. Andrew has been amazing throughout the entire process not only helping me physically recover, but also making every session enjoyable and encouraging instead of stressful or painful. I also want to thank Tiffany, John, Lis, Sinaya, and Ian. Everyone at this location is so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they truly make the recovery process easier. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Spear! I worked with John who was great and helped me with knee pain I was having before my marathon. Definitely would recommend!
I am very pleased with the professionalism of the 993 Second Ave Spear location. Working with John Milad has been wonderful for my frozen shoulder. Liz is also very good and always willing to help. Deisha and Ian at the entrance are helpful and always greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this Speer location.
Andrew and the Spears team did a terrific job rehabbing my calf. They were great at understanding my level of fitness and creating a group of sessions that increased in difficulty as the rehab progressed. The Spears app is also very valuable. It gave me reminders and recorded my home rehab work for Andrew to review. The app is also where my Home Exercise Plan (HEP) resides when I’ve stopped my in-person sessions.
