Jenny is amazing, patient and super attentive.
Best place with the best people. I am getting rehab after my left knee MPFL reconstruction surgery. My PT, Hannadi, has great clinical understanding and goes above and beyond to help me in my recovery.
Hanadi and the entire team are amazing! Physical therapy is something I have come to look forward to especially because of the relaxing and easy-going atmosphere. That, while healing and seeing how my body has improved has been a game changer for me; I would 100% recommend Spear on 86th St :)
The team at Spear is amazing! I started out with a shoulder I could hardly move and had severe pain daily. After weekly appointments over several months I feel a million times better, it's like night and day. Hanadi is so kind and hilarious. She clearly explains each exercise and will gently correct if needed. I can't recommend Spear enough.
Alicia was absolutely amazing and I had such a great experience here at Spear. The entire team is very kind and welcoming. I was able to recover from my injury thanks to the amazing team at Spear!
