Excellent staff, very professional and friendly. A tough balance to strike but they pull it off effortlessly. Very clean, great equipment. Come for the gains, stay for the people .
Not a patient at spear but when I came in to inquire about insurance pricing for PT, I was helped out by Hashim who was able to give me an idea of how much my co pay would be and was able to even show me around a bit. He also showed a bit of information of one of the therapists at that clinic when i had asked to see what they specialize in. I ended up choosing another PT clinic closer to my home but I wanted to give him some credit for his amazing service in helping me and providing all the information I was looking for.
I can’t say enough good things about this location and my therapist Will. Everyone there is so accommodating and helpful- you’re welcomed the minute you come in. Will is an amazing PT who gets me excited about therapy and has helped navigate any setbacks to stay motivated. His exercises and plan are thoughtful and clinically relevant. He has kept me optimistic about my rehab potential and getting back into fitness. Thank you to him and his team!
I tore my ACL and chose Spear for both pre-surgical and post-operative therapy at the Ridgewood – Myrtle Ave location, and I’m so glad I did! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and PT felt more like an activity than a chore. Care was one-on-one, and I worked closely with Will and Hachem, who got me well prepared for surgery and then on the right track for a successful recovery. Therapists are very knowledgeable and do a great job of managing morale and expectations. Would definitely recommend!
