Thank you to the entire team at Spear Ridgewood and especially my therapist Andi who has been so attentive and positive. He has provided a plan of exercises that have improved my quality of life and overall strength.
Dr. Klein guided me through ACL reconstruction rehab; my results were top tier 👍 the clinic was flexible with scheduling while professional in maintaining progress with a sense of momentum. I really looked forward to every session. The vibes during therapy were light and fun, and every pt was locked in on delivering care. Can’t recommend this enough.
Came here to future proof a recurring injury. After only a few sessions I left feeling stronger and more balanced than I ever have. They were great at tying exercises to the ways I like to have fun.
Excellent staff, very professional and friendly. A tough balance to strike but they pull it off effortlessly. Very clean, great equipment. Come for the gains, stay for the people .
