I had a great experience with the Spear team. Justin did an wonderful job identifying the source of my pain, and we began addressing it right away. I noticed significant improvements after just a few sessions. The team is attentive, responsive to questions, and flexible when adjustments to the schedule are needed. The space and equipment are kept very clean.
So, I started at Spear with a rare joint condition, a major aversion to exercise, and a chip on my shoulder. I was fully convinced I was beyond help— I was wrong.
