The team at the Spear Physical Therapy in Bayside is 10/10. If I could give more stars on google reviews, I would. I had a great experience since the start. Vivek, Alejandra, Abraham and Janice were all very supportive throughout my PT journey and return back to running. Alejandra and Janice were always extremely helpful in demonstrating the exercises when I needed help. My daughter needed some extra help to strengthen her little legs. I chose this Spear location because of proximity and knowing I didn't have to worry about parking. Vivek and Abraham are the most patient people I've met. Although pediatrics wasn't his usual clientele, Vivek gave it his all to help my little 5 year old. She improved a lot during the weeks she worked with Vivek.
Vivek was great! I really liked working with him. I appreciated that the stretches and exercises were fluid and adjusted based on how I was feeling that day. Definitely recommend!
Excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone who goes to the gym and has nagging injuries. Rehab is imperative for longevity.
