Mario and team were great - highly professional, knowledgeable and organized. After struggling with knee pain running for a few years due to IT band syndrome, they rehabbed my knee and got me back to running with no pain. Very impressed.

I had a great experience going to SPEAR for physical therapy for my shoulder. All of the employees were extremely supportive and knowledgeable about how to improve my range of motion, including Mario, Danielle, and Liat. I would definitely recommend SPEAR to anyone who needs physical therapy.

I WORKED on PT twice a week for last several weeks with Daniela and Sabrina - it was uniquely pleasant experience. Their diligent attention to my progress was amazing. Sometime the session was tiring, but I could carry on, prompted by Daniela's motivation. She is a proven expert Physical Therapist and surely SPEAR is successful from superb efforts of Daniela and her able associates. . Mario Wallace is a terrific DPT. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for his emphasis on functional training in strength and balance. As a woman who has had MS for 40 years and is now suffering the manifestations of the secondary progressive phase of the disease, he imbued me with the tools to walk more confidently and avoid falls.
