I went to Spear to address a knee injury from skiing. I had been to PT previously at a different provider, but my doctor recommended Soear. He was right. Spear provided better service and I made better progress. We did a wider range of exercises that addressed many issues. They have a wider range of equipment than the previous PT I had been to. The vibe in the room is a basically a party. Not overwhelming, just a really good hang. Filled with people and trainers of every ability: 80-somethings recovering from surgery, marathon runners (me) coming back from an injury, office workers with a small strained limb, elite athletes building towards their next match. My experience with Spear Park Slope was wonderful. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Greg Marcolin, my Physical Therapist was exceptional and thanks to him I am in much better shape today! I strongly recommend him and the Spear practice in Park Slope.
