Sydney Small was my physical therapist, and what a wonderful job she did. I truly believe that her time and efforts devising a plan for my recovery from shoulder surgery is the main reason I’m pain free and back on the golf course swinging without any restriction for the first time in years. Really wonderful spot, everyone here is so nice and helpful. I worked with Swarangee for two different injuries (foot pain and neck pain) and she’s really effective + a great listener, adapting to what I was communicating about my pain and how things changed between sessions. Also a shoutout to Ashton and Sydney! So glad this is around the corner, my last place was a 20 min walk and this is so much more convenient. Also really smooth connection to my insurance! No issues there.
On my previous recommendation I misnamed the wonderful physical therapist who worked with me, so l am sending a corrected version: I have used Spear Physical Therapy facilities four times. I never leave reviews … but I have to for this one. I just went to the Gowanus location for pelvic floor PT an unfortunately they do not have the service at this location. But OMG! The lady Vi’Nai went the extra mileS and checked with every single location until she got me a spot at a location that worked for me. She walked me through the entire process with patience and kindness. I am seriously impressed with this level of customer service. Highly recommend d and I cannot wait to start my sessions
My experience with Aakanksha and her team has been incredible. She carefully adjusted each exercise to match my needs and progress. After five months of therapy, I truly feel like a new person. Highly recommended! M.
