Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to book and apt, and was in a significant amount of pain. When I turned up at the scheduled time the next day they told me there was no appointment and couldn’t explain why I’d received an email about the appointment but wasn’t actually booked. Clearly there’s a lack of communication between branches. Really disappointing experience especially as I had chosen to switch to spear from another clinic.
Had a great experience at Spear Williamsburg Grand street location. The staff is dedicated to your care and to get you back and moving around the city!
Alyssa was great and helped me recover from a knee injury by strengthening the surrounding muscles. The whole team was professional, fun, kind, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend PT here!
