I started at Spear Physical Therapy after moving to Brooklyn 3 months post-op for an ACL Reconstruction surgery from my quad. Alyssa Kopsidas was my PT for the duration of my time at Spear. She put a lot of care into a plan of getting me back to a place of mobility and building strength, I'm really grateful I had her to help me through the process. I can’t recommend Spear PT highly enough. After undergoing ACL surgery and LCL repair, I worked with their team for more than a year, and they were absolutely top class every step of the way. I cannot recommend Lisa Shaw at Spear Physical Therapy enough. She helped me with recurring BPPV after I had already gone through many vestibular rehab sessions elsewhere with little progress.
