I can't say enouth good things about my physical therapist Evelyn Russo and Spear Physical Therapy. The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly, and my therapist Evelyn is extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her encouraging and positive manner make every session enjoyable and she genuinely cares about her patients' progress. Friendly and welcoming staff who truly care about your wellness and recovery. I started working with Evelyn for pelvic floor therapy during my third trimester and she’s continued to help be through all my postpartum concerns from c-section scar recovery to de quervain's tenosynovitis (wrist pain). Had a terrific experience at Spear. Jonathan did an amazing job fixing my knee issue over a few months - I feel better than ever and well equipped with exercises and knowledge so that I stay healthy. This review is only in regard to this location. I’ve had excellent experiences at another Spear location. This location is a disaster. I called on a Monday to try and change my Tuesday 3:45 appt. I spoke with Ruby, who, understandably, did not have another time. I agreed to keep my Tuesday appt. with Alana, and received confirmation by text and email.
