My PT was Ryan Andersen who I began to see a few months after my right hip replacement. I had been seen at another PT place but wasn’t very satisfied. I was still having pain and weakness from the surgery but also other soft tissue issues that were making my recovery difficult. Ryan was amazing. After months of IT band pain that kept me from running and hiking, working with Jordan (PT) completely changed things. When I started my sessions in January 2026, I could barely get through 5 km without intense pain. By April 2026 — just a few months later — I crossed the finish line of my first half marathon. Jordan’s guidance and personalized approach made all the difference. I can’t recommend Jordan and Spear PT highly enough!
Cannot recommend Spear and in particular my PT, Khyati Kyada, enough. After two separate knee injuries and surgeries (meniscus and ACL repair) Khyati was the best support I could have asked for: incredibly knowledgable, motivating, and caring. I'm back to sports after a year and a half of recovery and owe my preparedness and health to Khyati's expertise and style - pushing my training while keeping me safe and healthy in the process. I'm stronger and more informed than when I started recovery.
Fantastic service. My therapist Alishba Abbasi gave me a thorough evaluation and plan to improve flexibility & strength to reduce my back pain. Very knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner!
