Highly recommend Spear for PT, especially the Grand Central location! I recently saw Sydney there and she was excellent! She tailored each PT session to fit my exact needs that day and was so enjoyable to work with. The entire staff at the Grand Central location is helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough good things my experience going here
I had an incredible experience at Spear at the Grand Central Location. Michael, my therapist, and the entire staff made me feel welcome. Even though I was only going to be able to complete about four weeks, before a move across the country, they were equally invested in my progress and wellness. I would highly, highly recommend Michael and the team!
Heli helped me over the course of 6 months go from a completely torn quad to running again. A very positive experience in a really hard time with her, the whole team of PT assistants (Josh, Lizzie, Rimaz and Heartly) and Nnam at the front desk.
