I started with Spear at a different location and had to switch to this one. I was a bit nervous to make the change bc I really appreciated the vibes at the other location but Isa (PT) Nnamdi and Sly (Techs) and Sharya (Care coordinator) made the switch super easeful and even enjoyable. They are responsive, attentive, and always have a positive attitude (which helps when youre working on your literal weakspots). My back pain is gone and im finally able to do pilates and lifting without pain again. Definitely check them out.
The team at Spear’s 630 3rd Ave location in Manhattan helped me recover from a hip injury. Nazia in particular performed miracles. I came with a very vague complaint and she isolated the exact muscle that was unhappy and designed a set of exercises to address it. Had a great experience with recovery from an ankle sprain at Spear! Nazia is an excellent PT, I really felt like I was in good hands, and my ankle feels great. The whole team is supportive and makes the experience fun. Definitely recommend!

I have been treated by Spear pt for the past year since my femur surgery. They have provided me with the most professional and supportive care and I cannot recommend Spear enough.
