Over the last year I have been treated with the best of care by Michaela and the amazing Penn Plaza team. As someone with a congenital, chronic disorder, dealing with the resulting day-to-day struggles, I have seen my fair share of PTs over my entire life. Michaela took great care of me by providing detailed and tailored care and by adjusting to where the needs are highest at that moment. Trust me, that is not a given, also in NYC. Now, my major issues have been address and I know exactly where to go if/when they return.
Such a great PT facility with kind, caring, and attentive staff! Indispensable support for my arthritis, a chronic condition as opposed to one-time injury recovery. Michaela is the best!!
Henry was great! I had a lower back injury and Henry explained what was going on with my back, elaborated on additional problems that my lower back region was creating for the rest of my body, and really helped develop a list of PT exercises to help my body quickly heal and recover.
About a year ago I was having regular back issues that were making me unable to do any of the things I liked to do, play basketball, play golf, run, play with my kids, etc. I was getting depressed thinking that at 54 I was going to be dealing with this for the rest of my life.
