Terrible PT. Rude billing. Poor communication
I started seeing Ritika for severe back pain due to a herniated disc (L5 S1)—it was painful even to bend over and put on my shoes. From day one, she was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner is fantastic, and I always felt comfortable during massage treatments. She’s very understanding and adjusted exercises based on my limits while providing great recommendations for stretches and exercises at home. I had an incredible experience at Spear -- Kendra was knowledgable, compassionate, and patient with me throughout recovery journey. When I first came to Spear, I was a little bit nervous that I'd struggle to regain my full range of motion, but I ultimately made a full recovery because of how dedicated & welcoming the entire staff was.
