I worked with Kendra at the Park Place location of Spear this spring and summer. I was originally referred to address suspected carpal tunnel syndrome, but Kendra quickly identified that my pain and numbness was actually stemming from an issue in my neck and nerve compression. Within a couple weeks my symptoms were significantly improved, and a couple months later I'm now back to normal. Out of the 4 physical therapy clinics I've been to while recovering from my ACL meniscus injury, Spear Tribeca was BY FAR the best. My physical therapist, Ritika Save, is kind of a genius. Every question I asked like "Why am I doing this exercise?" and "And I doing this correctly?" was answer with detailed anatomical explanations which helped me not only completely understand why what I am doing is important but also helped me learn more about my own body.
