10 out of 10 experience! I just signed up for the all access membership and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I wish I had done this a long time ago. Now, I have registered for Intensive workshops and courses for once or twice a month. The classes are outstanding taught by amazing experts. The staff are so accommodating. You sign up for a membership and the fine print says it is a year membership when everything I did made it look like it was monthly. I was enjoying using my subscription and strongly considering attending some Spear courses in person. However, multiple CE videos I was interested in were still locked behind a paywall. When I contacted customer service about this and asked for an exemption to end my year subscription early I was brushed off and then ignored.
I would give a zero star if I could. The courses were ok but definitely not worth however much they charge you for the yearly membership. Most importantly, once you sign up the membership you’re falling into a trap. I canceled prior to the renewal and still got a bill. Spears is ALL ABOUT SQUEEZING THE LAST PENNY OUT OF YOU and not about providing education like it once was.
I would give negative star if I could. Braxten is a fraud because he is going to sign you up without your consent. My wife never sign up for the all access but he just signed up without letting her know. Then she texted him to cancel and he said he will cancel it sorry for the miscommunication. 2 months later still got charged from spear for the all access membership.
