My wife & I are very unhappy with the work they did on both of my boys, one of my sons needed an expander and he has PTSD. Dr. Speaks and his team did NOT consult with my wife or myself before putting that expander in his mouth! As the parents we were hurt with nobody consulting with us on that situation. Then right before my older son is 1-2 months away from getting his braces off Dr. Speaks has an argument with my wife over a question she had!
