From consultation to clean up the speaks team did everything that we could have asked for. After our consultation with Rodney who was informative and helpful Patrick the owner called us to follow up which showed he really cared about obtaining our business. Excellent customer service and installation! They’re quick to respond and always courteous. We love the patio door, it’s high quality and it’s a huge aesthetic and functional improvement in our space. We liked them so much, we’re using them for another larger window and door project. Our experience with Speaks Custom Windows was fantastic! We had the combo doors/windows to our deck replaced with large picture windows. They were 20+ years old, the doors were starting to rust and were not efficient. After talking to three window companies, we chose to go with Speaks due to their responsiveness, their inhouse installation team and their reasonable price for good quality window. Speaks is a awesome company. I had 13 windows and 1 patio replaced. From the initial visit to the completed project they are very professional and listen to their customers. They are prompt and curtious. I highly recommend this company as they are above reproach!
