Speakman did an excellent job installing a tight tank behind my beach cottage in Plymouth. I worked with Charli, who made the whole process easy — I didn’t know much going in, and she guided me through every step. The install required coordinating with my neighbor through an easement, and Charli handled that beautifully, communicating clearly with both of us throughout. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Speakman Excavating goes above and beyond for their clients. I had two septic companies prior who were not willing or able to take on a complicated septic install. Charlotte and her team came in and saved the day. They met every deadline we needed in order to complete the sale of the home even with the snow we had this winter. I have zero reservations recommending them.

Contracted with Speakman for yard excavation/flattening and a hatchway installation. Miguel handled the job from start to finish. Job was done exactly as expected. Miguel worked with my timeline to insure I could have the exterior door at the bottom of the hatchway into our basement framed and installed within 24 hours of him installing the hatchway. Some settling of fill around the hatchway after some heavy rain two days later and Miguel was there within 2 hours to fill and compact. Another small amount of settling happened... read more
