This extortionist extraordinaire lost a repeat customer. Set timer when our plumber Garland arrived for the repair. 56 minutes 22 seconds start to finish. Charged me 1.5 hours and complained because my toilet is on the second floor. Do yourself a favor chose any other plumber. I expect some kind of reply, and if they actually do something to account for the horrible service experience I will modify this post, if I do not say anything you know it is bologna. Best of luck finding a honest plumber.
Did not come out on the day they promised. Called the next day they told me it might be another day or two. I reminded them that I had made the appointment a week in advance. He said he didn't care, and maybe I should just go somewhere else! So I did. They sound polite but treat you like idiots.
