Loved the classes and instructors. Challenging in all the right ways
Speakeasy has been an absolute game changer for me. I’ve been going for almost a year and a half, and it somehow manages to be both serious strength training and a genuinely fun, with supportive coaches, smart programming, and zero shame vibes. The team is awesome at meeting you where you are, adjusting when needed, and still helping you make real progress (without the bootcamp-y yelling). Serious but fun. Accepting yet challenging. SOS and the coaches make a process that isn’t always easy something I genuinely look forward to.
I've been going to the Speakeasy since October 2022. It was my first experience doing any strength training, and it has seriously changed my life! I credit the coaches and programming at Speakeasy for no longer being in chronic pain. I also worked out through 8+ months of pregnancy and my postpartum recovery was so much swifter than it had been with my first. I'm so grateful I found this place and took the leap. Highly recommend!!!
I have been training with the awesome team at SpeakEasy for almost a year - and they have been with me every step of the way. The small group training format is exactly what I needed and the room always feels supportive. The coaches push when they think you can do more - but also will help find alternatives if you aren't feeling your best. I am not the type of person that would do any of this on my own - and I can't imagine doing it without SpeakEasy now.
