My son has been coming to Speak Play Learn for almost 3 years now. He was nonverbal when he started. Now he is almost 6 years old, and he can communicate his thoughts, follow directions, and manage his feelings. We were very hesitant to start, but he has done incredibly well with Miriam. Scheduling is easy and the staff are very kind. The head manager sometimes checks in if I have any issues or questions. We are very satisfied!
I regret not reading the reviews before recommending this place to my daughter and scheduling an appointment. The staff appears unprofessional and lacks knowledge. The evaluation seemed disconnected from the child, and the insurance/payment information wasn’t properly handled after the appointment, likely due to miscommunication or system errors. Their disorganized approach made us look into other experiences, and sure enough, it's a recurring issue. Thanks to that, we'll be taking our child elsewhere!
I have been bringing my child here for a couple of months and it has been great! I also pay my copay at the office. But I’m aware you’ll get called by the manager if you have an outstanding balance prior to your next appointment. Which is reasonable if you ask me. Not sure what anyone else is speaking of , but I do know my little one has only benefited from the services here. The service is great and my child is seeing progress. I definitely recommend.
Absolute horrible experience. This is supposed to be therapy for kids and they share an office space with a marijuana doctor. When I googled the address that’s how I found out and when I asked them over the phone about it, they pretended not to know what I was talking about. Apparently when you go in for an appointment, they try to hide anything that has the marijuana doctor’s name on it during your therapy.
