Smells so bad like dog and the staff there are very disrespectful 🤮🤮
Was placed on a wait list which I accepted. Initial contact was great (which is when I learned of the waitlist). Haven’t heard anything from months (6 to be exact) after several calls, voicemails and emails inquiring of status. Now I’m forced to use another community provider whom is not that great either. This is unacceptable treatment for families seeking services. Even when you call, automatically sent to voicemail. Which is fine if they actually returned calls
Would love to schedule an appointment but can’t get anyone to answer or call back, or reply to an email.
