We have brought our pets here for years. All of the staff here is compassionate and caring. On New Years Eve 2020 we had to have our beloved Mardi put to sleep. She was 14 years old and a happy rescue dog. This team at Speak did an exceptional job of treating her and advising us of our options. Ultimately, we had to let her go and Dr. Mindy guided us and Mardi on her final journey. It was respectful and professional. Thanks to the entire team for all your efforts! These people are the best!
I have used this establishment for several years. 4 dogs and two cats and this place use to be amazing. After our recent experience, we will never use them again! They will give you an estimate and tell you that they will take a certain amount off their estimate then later add items to total what they originally estimated. When you confront them on this, they will be very condescending and act as though they are above you and will not care to hear what you were told.
