Joe, as I said previously, I was NOT called regarding car being ready. I was NOT offered any services when I called. I was told,very rudely, that the car could have used more cleaning. None of that explains the shoddy job done inside and out. Many problems. I was not called when car was ready. I was told an express was vacuum, interior and exterior. Many problems. I was not called when car was ready. I was told an express was vacuum, interior and exterior. The exterior had SEVERAL dirty spots. The interior doors, cupholders and much of dash had overspray marks but not wiped. Was told it was not included. They were sitting with nothing to do when I arrived. If had called to discuss, I would have paid for extra to be done. Always leaving finishing touches UNFINISHED!
What an amazing family business! They took such good care of my truck. It looks just like it did in the showroom two years ago. I have a lot of faith in the ceramic and it bonded nicely. Great family, great prices, great work. You can’t go wrong. Schedule now!
