I have taken my vehicles to SPD for years, but I won’t be taking them back after the way the owner, Kim, spoke to me when I tried to schedule a detail. I received a $350 gift card from my staff for Christmas, and they were told on the phone prior to purchasing the gift card that since I have had my car detailed several times before, they knew it would only take around $350. I didn’t give five stars because I don’t think anyone in any business is perfect. I don’t have anything negative to say about the service I got. The inside and outside of my truck were dirty enough that I could tell what was cleaned and what wasn’t. It all looked very good. I would have them do my truck again.
Kim and Joe did a fantastic job. Will recommend to anyone who will listen.
