This place looks abandoned like if the upper people do not pay attention to this location. This location compared to other looks so poorly taken care of. I waited in my vehicle for more then 30 minutes and nobody attended me. I press the call teller and got nothing. Then I see a white van pull in and saw a lady that works at this location because i saw her badge. She goes into the building and that's when another lady comes up and then attended me. Came here to refinance my truck and everyone was friendly and helpful with the processes, I was contact with Victor to help me refinance and help me with everything. Great customer service
$3 fee to use the ATM even as a member!! They got me this time, I’m looking to close my account and go to a better credit union! I still have the receipt, let me know who to contact to get my $3 back
