I am personally aware of the trials and tribulations the employees of this organization have to go through to get the patient the proper help they need. I also know they do their absolute best with the resources given to them. I personally believe that the men and women at Project Champs are hard working, fantastic folk. Round of Applause. I have been calling this place for days and I mean days nobody answers the phone I have to get my medication and this place has to certify that so I've been going about almost two weeks without my medication

I have been going to Project Champs for years. Im used to the process of recertifying, so the routine is not too foreign. The last 3 times, its been a headache and the process seems to slightly change, and I’m not aware of these changes until days or weeks later after I’ve ran out of medications. I get nervous when it’s time to recert because its not a smooth process for me anymore.
