I loved this place when they first opened. The vet that took care of my dog was extremely friendly and didn't give up on him! When one vet told us we should put him down, she gave him a chance and he recovered and lived happily for 2 more wonderful years! He was diagnosed with diabetes and was ketonic! With a little tlc, and immediate insulin, he recovered without having to spend thousands we didnt have to hospitalize him! I just had an issue with my little girl and the vet was very cold! Great place to take your pet when it's sick !
zero stars if I could. The only nice person I encountered between the emails, phone calls and the actual appointment, was the receptionist. everyone else had an attitude, impatient, and argumentative. they were rough with my pet and had zero empathy. they even laughed/scoffed at my reaction to their high prices. If you are going to this vet because you think they are the cheapest around, keep calling other places.
